WORAKLS Makes Music for Miami at North Beach Bandshell
On June 21st for the 2018 edition of Make Music Miami, the Cultural Services of the French Embassy in the US will present a free concert to discover the French rising DJ WORAKLS with opening sets by musician Inez Barlatier and the DJ Apache.
Worakls is a highly talented 25 year old electronic musician. Inspired by his training at the conservatory; he likes to incorporate in his sets live keyboard, which is what makes his style so unique.The nervous energy that he puts into his music is described by The Billboard in these terms “The builds are patient, the bass is thick but not aggressive, and the tingly keyboard melodies are more ominous than euphoric”.

Make Music Miami is inspired by the famous “Fête de la Musique”, an event created in France in June 21st, 1982. It celebrates live music played by all kinds of musicians, from shower singers to professionals. Now held every year on the same day in more than 120 countries, Make Music Day is a free event open to anyone who wants to take part.
