Truluck’s Seafood, Steak and Crab House in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton

will present a four-course wine dinner event featuring legendary varietals from Napa’s

Duckhorn Vineyards Portfolio meticulously paired with Truluck’s menu selections.

The menu is as follows: 

Course One

Scallop, lobster and shrimp aguachili with smoked jalapeño coulis

Duckhorn Sauvignon Blanc

 

Course Two

Mini heirloom tomato salad with buttermilk dressing, dill and bacon

Duckhorn Chardonnay

 

Course Three

Filet au poivre and au gratin potatoes

Duckhorn Cabernet Sauvignon and Duckhorn Merlot

 

Course Four

Chocolate malt cake, berry sauce and ice cream
