 Jill Weisberg, curator of the Downtown Hollywood Mural Project, will present the evolution of murals and street art in South Florida. She will detail how a public mural is conceptualized and the unique challenges faced by artists during mural development and execution. Finally, Weisberg will elaborate on the importance of public art in our county as well as the exciting upcoming projects that will be coming to our neighborhoods shortly. This event is free and open to the public. Complimentary refreshments will be served.
