Expected to drive a global revenue of $57B in the next decade, the state-legalized marijuana business is one of the fastest growing industries, but still faces relevant federal restrictions, real estate regulations, leasing issues, and lending challenges. CREW-Miami’s October luncheon will feature an expert panel that will address the correlation of cannabis and commercial real estate in South Florida, discuss Florida’s cannabis law and projected changes, as well as compare Florida with other states where cannabis is medically or recreationally legal.
