Coastal’s Executive Chef Rocco Honig, who has worked in best-in-class South Florida restaurants for 20 years, has planned exquisite menus for Thanksgiving and Christmas. For larger holidays get-togethers, guests may opt to experience Coastal’s semi-private dining room, which offers seating for up to 22.
Coastal’s bountiful Thanksgiving menu, to be served on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, Nov. 23 from 2–10 p.m., presents a harvest of delectable seasonal cuisine:
· Salad course: roasted butternut squash and spinach salad; plus cranberries, pumpkin seeds and pomegranate; served with a warm cider vinaigrette.
· Entrée course: herb and citrus buttered turkey breast, green beans and pancetta, apple walnut stuffing, and garlic mashed potatoes.
Dessert duo: apple cobbler and pumpkin pie, served with cinnamon ice cream
